Check and/or Change Mednet Password/Passphrase

Enter your Mednet username and current password to get started. When off the Mednet network, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required to change your password/passphrase.

Prepare for changing your password and avoid lockouts by reviewing the steps below.

Before you change your password/passphrase

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Gather mobile devices used to connect to the UCLAHealthSecure wireless network or access your Mednet email.

After you change your password/passphrase

  1. Lock your computer, and log back in using your new password/passphrase​.​
  2. Update your login for O365 on your mobile devices​.
  3. Clear Cache and Cookies on your browser. Note: shared computers will automatically clear.​
